New ownership has really turned this place around. I moved into a brand new unit recently. It's a great place to call home. The grounds and facilities are kept clean and the neighbors have been really friendly.
Just toured one the renovated apartments. It looked amazing. You don't get stainless steel appliances for this price anywhere. I've already applied and look forward to moving in.
I am so happy with all of the new updates in the apartments and the complex. The new units are beautiful and the owners seem to be working really hard to make it an even better place to live.

These apartments are very large and beautifully redone. The complex is close to major shopping with Walmart just down the road and Food Lion just 3 minutes away. The downtown district and a hospital are very close. This is a family friendly complex that has a 24 hour laundry room and a lovely green space for a family picnic or room for kids to run and play. The management is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Indian Land apartments to anyone who loves large rooms and a convenient location.
