If I could choose less than 1 star I would. Staff is unresponsive to everything. Don t even get me started on the residents. Having lived in Kalamazoo for college. Nothing was ever this noisy. The people that live above us are beyond white trash. Confronted them because they were stomping so loud our walls were shaking at 3 A.M. on a Tuesday. When confronted the 40 year olds and their seeds proceeded to stomp as hard as they could and 3 dishes broke as well as a crack in the wall. And Told my girlfriend to F*** her face and ... read more
Dont trust any review that shows a 5-star about this place. The ratings are doctored by the landlord and her puppets. Its an okay place, but the staff are one-step out of the hills of Kentucky with poor social skills. Not worth the hassle of dealing with the staff...would be better off sleeping in a van instead of renting here.
I have lived in Indian Lake Village for three years. When I first inquired on the apartments, the ladies at the office made me feel right at home. When I moved in, the neighbors in the area were friendly, and not to mention very quiet. I lived on the 3rd floor, and the veiw from my patio, looking down at a beautiful stream of water, with mature trees surronding it, was just amazing. People would come over and just absolutely love my view. The area is kept very clean. In the summer the grass is always cut and fresh flowers is... read more
I had very bad experience with the staff working in Lake Orion Indian Lake Village!!! First came when my wife and I wanted to move in. Everyone we talked to told us that we can move in on Saturday, the day we arrived from Chicago with full car of stuff. Well we got there and was told NO, have to wait till Monday... Wasnt easy to stay 2 nights in the motel and on Monday (originally my first work day) to start moving in. In general, without begging on your knees, they dont move their as...! And decisions to move out was increa... read more
My family has lived in Indian Lake Village Apartments for 5 years and do not plan to move any time soon, I have referred 3 people and am always telling everyone I know that is looking in the area how nice this community is to live in. The ladies in the office are second to none I feel as though they bend over backwards to accommodate people and their sometimes unique situations, the maintenance men are very friendly and always out cleaning the property or trimming hedges, although I have not had to put in many maintenance re... read more
What a great experience living here was. The property and staff are beyond acceptable - they are awesome. Snow removal and lawn care are better than anyone could ask for. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff do superb work and never leave traces of their being there. The interior is well maintained and should any problem occur, repaired so very quickly. What a great pool and club house. Parking is well lighted and maintained. The property is safe overall. If I had to have a negative - it is that I do no... read more
