good fishing and beach area
RecommendedWalking on the path from Indian Head Roadhouse to Lakeview Harbour this morning, I noticed a lot of trash left by people fishing, also, noticed a lot of dog poop along the path. People, I believe, would be more inclined to clean up after themselves if there were a few trash cans along the route. Even just a few would help tremendously.
Great view of Indian Lake and access. Pool at the campgrounds now.
Not fond of this camp ground. We love tent camping, we have enjoyed all of the Ohio and Indiana state parks that we've been to for the exception of this one. Grass is so high you can't avoid all the goose poop until you've already stepped into it. One of the host campers is all over the place getting into everyone's business. Cars do not abide by the posted 10 mile an hour speed limit. I recommend spending time and money elsewhere.

Beautiful beach and water especially for Ohio
As a child spent many vacations up there , . My grandparents had a cottage at Indian Lake . Right down from the bowling alley and there was a beach club down the road .. many good and fond memories of childhood there. if only those memories we could bring back would go to the amusement park at Russell Point .. oh my .. great times ..
