I have ordered mixer and grinder and they issued a tracking number with the Sendle courier. They are not even replying now. It's been more than 8 days. I don't know what to do. Courier people say that they went to pick up the delivery and they cannot find it ready. So, kitchen india will have to arrange the delivery again. Seem scam to me so far. I am really annoyed with this service. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this. I'll see if they reply to me, or else I'll have to go to the police or take some legal action... read more
Really great experience. We ordered an Ultra Wet grinder online. The delivery was made in person. Mr. Bala delivered it to our home and also gave as a converter plug as a "gift" :-). Thank You very much !!!
