I'm now going on my 5th year here and have no complaints. Quiet apartments, I don't hear any of my side neighbors although I do at times hear my upstairs neighbors (mostly walking). Management and Maintenance continue to be responsive and positive. Exterior of property is well maintained. I've been in two different apartment layouts and had no roach issues in either. Pest control will come out whenever you request it thru the office.
Indian Hills apartments are amazing. It is a beautiful area and co-residents are very nice and friendly. The pool is so pretty and well maintained. The gym is so nice and kept clean. The staff are WONDERFUL and so accommodating, over and above. The maintenance crew are EXCEPTIONAL professionals who work very hard to make things right. I wish I could say more. We have been here for a few years and just love it.
I had a great experience living here. I absolutely love the place, staff and location.
Awesome pool, gym, helpful staff, especially Alex who’s always so nice to let me in the gate when it’s locked! Grateful to be here & for all of you! I love my neighbors & neighborhood!!!
