I just recently moved from San Antonio to the Houston area but I lived in Indian Hollow Apartments for over 2 year. I had a great experience. The maintenance crew was always diligent, the front leasing office staff professional especially Robin and Melissa. I really enjoyed my time here and will miss the staff and convenient location.
Tenants are regularly without water. At times, shut off until after families have finished dinner. This isn’t with mal intent, just want to disclose this common mishap.
Love the new upgrades to the property!!
I'm now going on my 5th year here and have no complaints. Quiet apartments, I don't hear any of my side neighbors although I do at times hear my upstairs neighbors (mostly walking). Management and Maintenance continue to be responsive and positive. Exterior of property is well maintained. I've been in two different apartment layouts and had no roach issues in either. Pest control will come out whenever you request it thru the office.
Indian Hills apartments are amazing. It is a beautiful area and co-residents are very nice and friendly. The pool is so pretty and well maintained. The gym is so nice and kept clean. The staff are WONDERFUL and so accommodating, over and above. The maintenance crew are EXCEPTIONAL professionals who work very hard to make things right. I wish I could say more. We have been here for a few years and just love it.
