Pat was incredibly rude, dismissive, and made very little effort to be helpful. I had legitimate questions about an RV I was prepared to purchase, and instead of answering them, he seemed annoyed that I was asking anything at all. I was a serious buyer with cash in hand, and the RV I wanted is sitting on their lot. I still chose to walk away because customer service matters.
