Poor management company and regional management. Filthy apartments. Roaches. BAD BAD BAD neighborhood---shootings, break ins...just terrible!
There are 60 1 & 2 Bedroom units, refridgerator and stove in units, laundry facility on site, garbage pick up, on site manager and maintenance and everyone is friendly. The only down-side is utilities arent included.
