Knowledgeable, caring staff.
I posted this on the Indian Hills other location, but I wanted to make sure everyone see's how much I love them-- AND, I like that they have 2 locations. I am shocked that someone had a bad experience at Indian Hills Animal Clinic. We have been bringing our pets there for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Hicks and her staff have been incredibly kind and patient with us. They have stayed late for us to come in for an appointment, they've come in early for us to drop off. They know our names when we come and the receptionists always greet our pets and us! One of my dogs has allergies and they even keep special treats for him at the front desk! I have never felt as though they're all about the dollar, but rather what's best for our pets. My puppy loves Dr. Hicks! She's very friendly, knowledgable and loves animals!
Dr. Hicks is the nicest vet I've ever been to. She has taken such great care of my cats and dog. Everyone is so super friendly here.
