We got to the clinic at 1 o'clock with appts already scheduled. Only had 1 receptionists to check in pts. I sat til 4pm and never got called to get screened so I left. Not impressed with pts service!
Finally, a system that works in getting the patient seen but still took forever although I must say my 2 kids were like #55 & #56 @ 920am...its a big improvement than from our last visit all the way from El Reno!
I would like to be able to make appointments ahead of time for general check up needs. Many times I have to come back for two or three visits before what I came in for is taken care of. I have a job and it is not easy to get off that often. So if I could make appointments then I could hopefully take care of multiple things on the same day. Also, why isn't the hospital part open?
