Seminole nation isn't even over this facility, IHS is! no wonder this clinic really doesnt care about their patients. tried scheduling a dental appt but was met with some rude operator saying "you need to find somewhere else". apparently their computers have been down for over a week and can't accept any patients but yet they have all their employees "working". please make this make sense! if you aren't serving your citizens, there is no reason to be spending Seminole nation citizen funding when the tribal patients aren't be... read more

My husband has left messages at the OKC clinic everyday for a week and NOBODY responds or even acts like he is a human being. He is a cardiac patient with 2 prior heart attacks. His stress test was canceled 3x because the referral from OKC dud not get sent. Now he's had 2 canceled appointments to get the results from the test because once again, the referral was not sent by OKC. Do you want Native Americans to die? Please help us!

This is very sad, you can't receive a call from the people. My referral has been over a month or more ago . No response back . Being in Cleveland County, I have to use them . Not very helpful in anyway. Other reviews tell the story of how people can't get any help.

Solomen acted like he could help. Jumped through all of the IHS circles to be called back by him, to my husband, with the wrong name and I reply of there is nothing they could do or help with. We had a referal code for a surgery at Norman Regional with private insurance, BCBS. Almost cancelled because we had no code. Months after the surgery and the bills were rolling in seems we had the wrong date and Referal code. We tried so hard to rectify with no solution.
