Yesterday, I had a check-up appointment with Dr. Neda Pasyar for my son. It was also the day for my 2.5-year-old son's vaccination. Dr. Pasyar is good at her job, but unfortunately, the nurse working with her is very inexperienced and unskilled. She has a very unpleasant attitude, and my child is scared of her behavior. She administered the vaccine so poorly and unprofessionally that since yesterday, my son has been unable to walk and has been crying constantly. Been having my kids go here for two years and I’ve got nothing but positive experience. Sure they’re a non profit and accept low income patients so they don’t have lots of funds like other big healthcare facilities, but they do try their best n even go out of their ways to deliver the best patient care possible you can ask for at a small clinic. This place is horrible if I could give a 0. I would!!!! The first thing is the girls working there are so rude . The whole staff . The front desk , nurse , and some doctors . Today, my daughter was given a vaccine I did not consent to. The worst part is she was crying so loud and screaming. ALL OF THIS would have been avoided if only the nurse hadn't messed up!!!!
