Hi, I called last week to speak to the new fitness coordinator’s boss to let them know that he never replied to my emails regarding changing my appointment because I had an emergency health issue that I needed to take care. The young lady who took my message said she would have his boss call me on Friday and that never happened. Is this the type of customer service I should be expecting from your department from here on out, the type of service where you don’t communicate with the client?

I have been going here for 5 years, I have never met more kind n caring people. The instructor is awesome. She does personal trainings, classes i.e. zumba, piyo, everything is excellent. She takes her time with you and never makes you feel old or incompetent. I will forever be grateful !
