We ended up here spur of the moment after a HORRIBLE check-in experience down the road at Econolodge, and I have never been happier! We will absolutely be back to Indian Head Resort, our kids had a blast. It was more money than we planned on spending but it was worth it to be treated with respect and have a comfortable clean environment to stay in. Everyone at the front desk and restaurant were fantastic, especially our waitress Kristy. We have recommended you to all of our friends and family.
This place is awesome, they have very clean rooms, a great buffet breakfast, and a great indoor pool and jacuzzi. And the support team is great. Anyone needs to visit here, you won't be disappointed.
This place is awsome I think it was one of the coolest places I have been to in the summer/winter for sure hands down go every year even bring my kids one day
Terrible experience. No hot water, broken hairdryer, stopped up sink, heated walkway to pool was not working during our three day stay-which meant sheer ice and a dangerous walk. Hot tub was not cleared off, nor was Ice rink. Motorized wheelchair access ramp to dining room was not working. On Thursday night the people who were using the room above us were LOUD-not normal loud-but jumping, stomping and running around LOUD.This lasted from early evening until after midnight.
