We were driving from BC to Ontario and a pre-existing issue with my bumper (it was partially coming off due to broken plastic clips. Thanks Toyota 🙄). These people were SO NICE. They took my car in immediately with no appointment or anything and the mechanic secured my bumper in about 15 minutes. Amazing customer service. I'm sad that I don't live in the area, so I won't be able to come back ☹️ but THANK YOU so much!
I can't speak for the sales team, but I can't say enough good things about IHC's service department. The service is amazing, the mechanics are talented, and they consistently go above and beyond. This shop can handle everything from oil changes to complete engine replacements. Everything is transparent—inspections are even provided in video format so you know exactly what's happening. Jen at Indian Head Chrysler was great to deal with as she helped me upgrade to a newer truck! Also I cant leave out Dean in the finance department, he was great to deal with also. If youre in need of a vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them.
Always a pleasant experience right from day one! Friendly and knowledgeable staff always willing to bend over backwards to provide great service.
