I dealt with Abbey, Curt and Eddie at this dealership and they were all top-notch, never any pressure and when the time came to purchase, the vehicle and additional options were offered it was the same scenario. No pressure worked with me to find what worked best for me and my budget. Well worth the drive and will be seeing them again. Highly recommended.
After living abroad for 20 years, I chose to buy from this dealership because of their reputation for great service and a "family feel." Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. I bought a 2023 Jeep Cherokee in good faith. While I knew it was a high-mileage vehicle (100k+ km) with no warranty, I expected basic professional aftercare. I took my jeep in for a wheel alignment I had told them to take my wife home but they instead said it will not take long so just wait for it after 3 hrs the pulled my jeep out and let her sit there for 15 more minutes finally she got mad went up to service they said they couldn't do the wheel alignment and charge us 120 dollars I been to other places before and inspection are usually free. I'll never go back there for anything and asked to talk to owner and got service manager. Who sees they did nothing wrong
We were driving from BC to Ontario and a pre-existing issue with my bumper (it was partially coming off due to broken plastic clips. Thanks Toyota 🙄). These people were SO NICE. They took my car in immediately with no appointment or anything and the mechanic secured my bumper in about 15 minutes. Amazing customer service. I'm sad that I don't live in the area, so I won't be able to come back ☹️ but THANK YOU so much!
Always a pleasant experience right from day one! Friendly and knowledgeable staff always willing to bend over backwards to provide great service. They make it easy to go through the purchasing process.👍 I just purchased another SUV. This time I bought a brand new Dodge Hornet! This makes my 5th SUV from them and I'll be coming back for more!
