I can't speak for the sales team, but I can't say enough good things about IHC's service department. The service is amazing, the mechanics are talented, and they consistently go above and beyond. This shop can handle everything from oil changes to complete engine replacements. Everything is transparent—inspections are even provided in video format so you know exactly what's happening. Jen at Indian Head Chrysler was great to deal with as she helped me upgrade to a newer truck! Also I cant leave out Dean in the finance department, he was great to deal with also. If youre in need of a vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them.
This used to be the place I would recommend to everyone. The service department was once the only place I would service my vehicle. The sales team used to be top-notch, but not seemingly so anymore. I reached out to IH Chrysler near the end of May, and now, Mid July, have still not received a call back. Guess they dont want my business. I can no longer in good conscience recommend Indian Head Chrysler for sales OR service.
Always a pleasant experience right from day one! Friendly and knowledgeable staff always willing to bend over backwards to provide great service. They make it easy to go through the purchasing process.👍 I just purchased another SUV. This time I bought a brand new Dodge Hornet! This makes my 5th SUV from them and I'll be coming back for more!
