Appears nice but too expensive for the square footage. Repairs not done in a timely manner if at all. Walls are paper thin, and you hear everything. Bad insulation and windows some do not even lock. Dead bolt is not private staff can get in anytime they want. When you are ready to move out no matter how clean you leave it you will be charged all costs to make ready for the next renters.
