Appears nice but too expensive for the square footage. Repairs not done in a timely manner if at all. Walls are paper thin, and you hear everything. Bad insulation and windows some do not even lock. Dead bolt is not private staff can get in anytime they want. When you are ready to move out no matter how clean you leave it you will be charged all costs to make ready for the next renters. Look elsewhere first, this as the last retort
Trying to resolve the resolvable issues, others remain I just moved in and the apartment is sufficient. However, there are some issues that remain: - The refrigerator keeps tripping the breaker and then letting the food spoil. I've lost 2 sets of food to it so far. The first time, the maintenance gentleman couldn't find the issue. The second time he pulled apart the breaker and the refrigerator and still couldn't find an issue. RecommendedMy husband and I are scheduled to move in July 6th and we are BEYOND EXCITED 🤩 Myra and Nicole have been nothing short of amazing with answering any and all questions we had and are making the moving process so easy! 🙏🏻 We can not wait to be a part of this community and these townhomes are just gorgeous! Why would I recommend these apartments in Brownwood, Texas, when I don't live within 200 miles of there and don't ever plan on moving there plus the fact that I live in a beautiful, fully paid for, house that I love?? FACEBOOK really screwed up giving this ad/page to me! You might want to talk to FACEBOOK about adjusting the target audience for your ads as they sure missed the mark on this by giving your ad to me; seems like a waste of your advertising money to give your ad to me!
Explore your options first Please do yourself a favor and find a home to rent. If I knew better, I would’ve done just that. In summary: they overcharge you for the quality of life you receive while living here. Apartment: The walls are so, so thin, you can hear your neighbor using the bathroom, whispering, smoking weed and cigarettes, and having a private conversation. I was fired for missing work due to having the flu twice within 3 weeks!
I would like to take this time to say that I have never had such an amazing tenant in an apartment facility before. Tina is absolutely fantastic! She is tentative anytime I need something, she is always polite and sweet beyond belief, she always does right by me as the tenant and I’ve had no problems since moving in that she couldn’t remedy almost immediately every time. She definitely makes this place a stress free environment.
I call it home 🏠 Not a bad place to live and best part is I can have my Fur babies.
