Adam and Karen are the best. They love our dogs like their own, and our dogs love going to the kennel!
I've taken my boxer to Indian Creek since he was 6 months old! He is always worn out after spending the day at daycare and always looking forward to his next visit! They take very good care of all the pups in attendance. Their daily pictures of play time are a hoot!
My Blue Heeler pup had severe separation anxiety. Indian Creek Kennel helped her overcome her anxiety. Now she feels right at home there and enjoys playing with her friends.
We cannot image life without Indian Creek! We've been bringing our special needs Golden Lab to daycare for a year and half and she loves it. They take such great care of her and make sure that the play groups are appropriate for her bad knee/hip issues. This is the first and ONLY place we've ever boarded her at, we trust them with our baby and she loves going there. This is one of the few GEMS of Southern Illinois..for us :-)
I was not super impressed. I made an appointment for a groom. Assuming that meant bath.nails and haircut!! The day came. Took her was told it was for the next day but they could do it. Was asked if we wanted her shaved down. Said ✂ not shaved because she is a Pomeranian ( figured a groomer would know that😒) Went to get her she had a bath and nails trimmed but it didn't look like one of her hairs had been touched 😠 For $35 !!! I will never go back or refer anyone
We have been using Indian Creek kennel for a few years now. Recently, we went on a short trip and decided to use a kennel that was closer to us. We quickly realized Indian Creek is well worth the drive! We love it but most importantly our dog seems to love it.
We somehow forgot to pack dog food for our camping trip. Indian Creek Kennel saved the day. They have quality dog food and even had the limited ingredient diet formula we needed. They staff is very friendly and helpful! The ticks were terrible and they even had Advantix. The kennel is very close to the Giant City Campground which is convenient.
RecommendedThis place is amazing! Wonderful customer service and I know my pup comes and goes happy. They treat your fur babies like you do.
My pup LOVES going here. I can’t pull into the driveway without her knowing where we are because she gets so excited she can barely sit. The caretakers are so friendly and treat your pup like one of their own. Both doggy daycare and boarding have been positive experiences for Noodle. I highly recommend 😊
