Went in for a haircut. I brought a photo of what I wanted, I always do. I was specific in what I was looking for and got my hair butchered. I was turned away from the mirror so I couldn't even see wat she was doing, not unusual, however she proceeded to chop off all my hair. I asked for it to be collarbone length and now it's at my chin. That's 5 inches shorter than I asked for. I have a chubby face, so now that is accentuated. I have no choice but to wait for it to grow out, which makes me feel ugly and sad.
