I think it is very bad business when you say you are open till 6pm then close early! I called you today 2/16/11 to turn the rotor for my brakes & you said if we were there by 5:15pm you could turn them today so I had to have my son-in-law come home from work, he was there by 5:18pm & the place was locked up so I tried calling & you would not answer so obviously you left. so I had to find someone else to do it & that is taking more time off of work that my son-in-law is taking.
