Our heater went out, only cold air from vents, and we needed to have it serviced or replaced. The heater being close to 20 years old meant that replacement was a real likelihood. I checked who installed the original heater during the construction of our home and it was Indian Air. We called them for a service call and they responded quickly, less than a week. Charged us $1,200 to repair our ac. It didnt fix anything. It is the same and house stays at 80 degrees. Then they told us our roof needs insulation. The ac worked fine last year. I dont understand how they can charge us that much and then ignore all phone calls when we tell them it didnt fix our ac. Its still very hot 80 in main part of house.

You stated it is a fairly new unit maybe a year old, and we encouraged you to contact your original contractor to help you. You stated 'They will not return your phone calls'. I love Indian air. They have serviced our furnace and air for 14 years. Always on time very polite and clean up after. They don?t try to sell us products we don?t need. Highly recommend them as a company to service your appliances

Indian Air is the best HVAC company I have ever had experience with. Jason and his crew were exceptional. Had two new units installed and two existing units relocated. There was a problem with one of the existing units restarting. Indian air replaced it with a brand new unit with no additional charge. "Wow" Exceptional. Offered to pay for sum of the cost, Jason declined and honored his estimate. Where else can you find integrity like that. The install and start up went so smooth. I’m giving Indian Air a 5 Star rating because their service was top notch and Able their service man was friendly and provided us a clear written service agreement prior to doing any work on our furnace and air conditioner. Our system hadn’t been serviced in several years and Indian Air gave us a great rate on the inspection and replaced all necessary parts the same day.
