Wow! I been there and everything I am reading is true, there is a lot more 0-1 star lots then 3-5 star lots maybe 15:1 plan on spending your 4 days looking. Lookout for Chris and Steve they are land flippers, you can do a lot better buying from campground, owner, Va auction.
My family and I love the Acres. Great time with friends and family. Is Indian Acres perfect, of course not. Are there abandoned campers, absolutely. Are there some ugly lots, of course. Think about what it would take to make your neighbor at home to clean up their yard and get rid of junk cars. It is very difficult. The lots at Indian Acres are all privately owned. Why rent, when you can own?!?!? Best decision EVER to go with a permanent campsite. Deeded property, fun activities every weekend, golf cart parades, DJ’s, live bands, restaurant, camp store, private club 4th of July fireworks, haunted trail, and trunk or treat for the kids. And most importantly, “FRAMILY”. Camping friends, who become like family! Open year round, 210 night limit annually. More amenities than you can count. (You cannot live here) This is a Camping Club ❤️
People who love to camp, to drive golf carts, swim, bike ride, meet friendly people... you cannot go wrong with a purchase at IA. You buy a campsite, make it your own, and then you have a very affordable vacation for you and your family. There is rec center, a pool, a basketball court, a golf course, small lakes, golf cart parades and 802 acres of land. You own the campsite, pay dues to cover the collective costs, and make lots of wonderful friends.
We love our funstead! It's our home away from home and where we go to relax and leave the stresses of the world at the gate! We love our IACT ♥️
