We needed to sell our house fast and did not really know any realtors in the area. We were referred to India Visser by our buying agent where we were moving to and thank goodness she did. We needed to sell fast, she came up with a strategy, different than what we were expecting, and had our house sold within 2 days at $10,000 over asking list price. We were very lucky to have her as our real estate agent, she made our move much less stress full and worked seamlessly.

India is an INCREDIBLE real estate agent. She is very proactive and moves the selling process forward seamlessly. Her marketing techniques far surpass the skills of others in the industry (in my humble opinion) I didn't stress once about my next steps, where we were in the process, and each date that we needed to meet. The communication between India and her clients (me) can only be described as above and beyond. ONLY use India if you want to enjoy the real estate experience and achieve your buying or selling goals.
