I live in Grand Forks (around an hour away from Fargo) and I regularly plan trips to Fargo for one reason or another, but the common theme is always stopping at India Palace for lunch or for dinner. The lunch buffet is amazing - you'll always find something new to try that you'll probably end up loving!
