Independent You has been a godsend for our family. Our caregiver was personable, capable and very caring. The office was easy to communicate with and always responsive to our needs. We loved having Independent You provide services in every way. We will definitely use them again! We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Caregiver did not show up for the full shift and not at all on a second shift. I found out because when I went to visit my dad, no caregiver was present . Unbelievably, no one in the organization called us to let us know that the caregiver was having difficulty and or that they were not going to complete their shift. Then to top it off they attempting to charge us for work that was not completed . I would not recommend this care company.

We have been using Independent You for driving services for my husband on a weekly service for over a year. Both drivers are wonderful and have become friends with my husband. He looks forward to talking to them each day and discussing all sorts of things. They arrive on time and are helpful if he has difficulties getting in and out of the car. If we have had to change the schedule without too much notice they are accommodating and responsive. They have been a lifesaver for both of us since my husband stopped driving.

We have used Independent You for the last few years and they have been terrific to work with. The staff, especially Joanne has really gone above and beyond. The caregivers have been kind and wonderful to my parents. I highly recommend them!

This company is not professional at all. Our technician went and did a repair job on the fridge and the company didnt want to pay. The fridge had multiple issues first one was leak inside the fridge that we repaired and they paid. Second issue was water line leak in the back of the fridge that we went for second time and now the client doesnt want to pay. Good luck taking care of senior citizens when they cant pay their repair bill.
