This company removed branches and destroyed a tree trunk on my property while performing work in a neighbour's yard without notifying me or obtaining my consent displaying a total lack of professionalism.
We thought our maple had mold and Max came to prepare a quote. Turns out it wasn’t what we thought and the tree is healthy. Matt was very professional in taking his time to come to us, and be transparent about the condition of our tree, even if it didn’t result in work for him and his company. Really excellent. Max and his team did a great job caring for our large tree that needed some maintenance, and quickly and efficiently removed a couple of developing problem trees. Max is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Exceptional customer service, reasonable price. We will absolutely recommend and will call again for any future needs and ongoing care of our trees.
