I had another great interaction with this company. We used them years ago and were very happy. Now I have a 97 jeep that was having transmission issues. I fully expected that the transmission was shot and was prepared for the cost of having to buy a new or rebuilt one. I was pleasantly surprised when Randy told me that the linkage was loose and all it needed was to be tightened. I was thrilled to only have a small charge compared to a new transmission.
