About this business
Located 4 miles west of the Atlantic Ocean on the Maryland/Delaware state line (RT. 54) in the West Fenwick Station. Custom tattoo designs are our specialty although walk-ins are welcome. We use hospital sterilization with single use, disposable needles. Our Studio contains many original paintings created by the artists and we continue to create more work that we offer for sale either in the studio or through this site www.independenttattoo.com.

Tattoo parlor My sister-in-law and myself have had this company give us a tattoo. The place is very very clean. The artist was very helpful and informing since this was this first one I had every had. Great place. I would recommend using this place.
Great shop. While on vacation I wanted a new tattoo. I looked at Google to try and find a shop. I found some in the area and went and looked at them. After going to Independent I knew I found the best place. I was not a 100% sure about what I wanted but after talking with Jamie he sat down and drew something up for me. RecommendedTook a beach trip with some friends, decided to get a tattoo, called Independent Tattoo and he fit all 4 of us in and did AMAZING work and was fast! Definitely booking more appointments here every year we come to the beach!

Hands down best experience. The staff is incredibly personable and accommodating. DelZel and the rest of the artists are so talented, you’ll never second guess booking these guys. Will be back, I’m hooked.
incredibly professional and patient. I always have an idea in my head of what I want but sometimes it's hard for me to articulate excellent teamwork and collaboration resulted in my amazing tattoo.

Where do I begin?? I've had this idea for a tattoo for several years. Just too scared to do it. Worried about what people will say. Thanks to covid, I got to know my neighbors pretty well. And what would you know.....its Tres. No one I would trust more to do my first tattoo. So once able, I booked the appointment and now I'm looking for tattoo number 2. Extremely clean. Extremely friendly. Extremely great tattoo artist. Thanks for making it easy!
