I'm a current caregiver. It starts out great but after a while you do not receive the points they promise you that turn into cash on your paycheck. Much of the scheduling is done from Georgia, the parent office. So a lot of times caregivers will be assigned to clients that aren't even close to our service area that we are able to cover. Manager Michelle and her right hand man, Lila leave a lot to be desired. They definitely have favorite caregivers and if you are not on their favorite list, beware.

I'm going to give them a one star because they don't communicate what their caregivers. They don't tell us that the client's going to cancel they don't tell the caregivers that the client has removed from the schedule until the next day when you are scheduled and they tell us to communicate they need to communicate more with us instead and half the time they don't call you back. The caregivers was leave for a voicemail but they never call us back

This is a shout out to JAZZMINE LANDSIEDEL of the Family RHC team. Jazzmine has been instrumental in ensuring my care has met my specific needs. She has been upfront with sharing information that I need to know (even when I don't like it!). She keeps her promises. She gets back to me EACH time I have reached out to her. She does my evaluations on time. Jazzmine exudes compassion and caring in all interactions. Terrible. No proper communication with clients. They lie, never actually call the clients, they leave clients without care. Some of women at office are very rude. Even caregivers talk of horror stories with this company.It seems that the only people who give this place 5 stars are the Employees.
