Family Resource claims to work very hard to ensure both employees & clients have a great experience, which I did, no thanks to the staff in the office. They claim they are in frequent contact with the clients. That is a lie. All staff cares about is money. I had a caregiver leave the agency, which is fine, as her individual circumstances called for it. They pulled my other caregiver away from me for no reason.
