This company just care about the money They don't care about there client or caregivers They have terrible communication system They never help you when you stop by the office and if you try to call they never answer the phone
I’ve been with FRHC for many years and have become really disappointed with my service I’m in a wheelchair and depend on help to get up and go to bed and many times I’m left without a caregiver, left in bed for many hours or in my chair stuck soiled and needing changed I’m actively looking for a new provider and will be reporting to the state each time I’m left without care , and then I’m having to call my personal friends to help me when I’m paying them for the service i do not recommend them you can never get a hold of any... read more
Edited: 6/01/26 I've been with this company for 7 months. I am primarily bedridden with serious Neurologic head pain, balance issues and chronic pain. Sadly I had mostly stressful and inadequate help from this company for about 4 months. It improved a bit but I still have concerns because I still am struggling to find steady caregivers. Hopefully I will find more stable help because I could easily end up in a care facility otherwise.
