This company is top notch! We had water come over our foundation and up through the hardwood. We used fans and humidifiers and called Independent Restoration Services the next morning. With the heavy rains and flooding in the area they were busy but they fit us in same day. They came and looked at everything using their moisture meter. Absolutely phenomenal response time, efficiency, and care. Johnny went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure my family was taken care of. Johnny came out to our house several times (1.5 hours away) to assist us after a pipe had burst in our kitchen. He was always great about communication of where the process was and even gave guidance on how to navigate the insurance claims. Johnny bought his team out to my house after a burst pipe - on Christmas Eve! They got the water out of the house, and got us back on track that night. He was back Christmas morning to continue the cleanup. This was a huge insurance mess, plumbing mess and build back mess. the only part that went exactly how he said it would was Johnny and his team. Highly recommend them if you need an emergency cleanup.
Johnny can remedy all issues with your house regarding water, mold, fire damage. Being in real estate, I see things come up often and he can fix the problems that happen. He’ll work with your insurance too. He’s the best! I highly recommend him!
Honest and understands insurance claims. That’s the best summary I can make of what makes Johnny and his team awesome. The biggest thing is they don’t charge more than what insurance pays. Which is super great when one is already stressed about making a claim. Fully recommend.
