Johnny at independent restoration Services is a professional in every sense of the word. After having a toilet overflow and flood the bathroom on a Saturday evening, Johnny drove from Huntsville to my home in Tennessee on Sunday to assess the damage and give me a quote. He is personable and extremely easy to work with. Even after driving over an hour and a half to my home to assess the situation and give me a quote, he never charged me a fee for his time. I strongly recommend independent restoration services!

Johnny and his team did incredible work on my house in incredibly short notice. Independent restoration was the only company that would answer the phone in the middle of the night when my hot water heater flooded my house. They were there at 8:00 and the next morning and worked incredibly hard to get my house demoed and drying out by the end of the day! Their expertise was such a relief during a very stressful event. This company is top notch! We had water come over our foundation and up through the hardwood. We used fans and humidifiers and called Independent Restoration Services the next morning. With the heavy rains and flooding in the area they were busy but they fit us in same day. They came and looked at everything using their moisture meter.
