I met with Kayla today, the Clinical Respiratory Consultant at the East 1st Avenue location of Independent Respiratory Services. This is my second visit with Kayla and I’ve found her to be warm, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend her and am thankful for her service. Cybill, the Branch Care Coordinator at this location has also been excellent, attentive and responsive. A wonderfully positive experience from both these excellent employees.
Kyla was fantastic and I would highly recommend her and Independent Respiratory Services to anyone who is beginning this cpap journey.She is kind and very patient and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.
Kyla was very courteous and knowledgeable about my purchase on my first cpap machine. She answered all my questions about sleep apnea and how it can affect my health if it is untreated. I was in denial for a while. But I did my own research into sleep apnea and started to understand how your health can go downhill without a good night sleep. I highly recommend Kyla and thank you.
