The patience and persistence of this clinic was so appreciated. It was the first time my doctor suggested I may have sleep apnea which really scared me... I had an excellent experience with the team at the IRS Vancouver location on e 1st Ave recently. I was honestly expecting a routine appointment, but it turned out to be a genuinely enjoyable experience. Kyla and the office staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Therapist Elaine is very experienced, detailed and thorough! She patiently went through every step of what to do with my husband’s and my machines. We felt she really cared, and that we’re in good hands! Highly recommend!
