I recently went to IRS in Williams Lake to discuss the affects of dry skin and redness around my nostrils where my nose piece mask for CPAP fits. Nicole was incredible, reviewed my data, made suggestions and provided me an extensive look at other mask or nasal options. I purchased this new to the market nasal cradle type mask called "AirTouch - N30 i". This new nasal cradle mask is amazing. With Nicole's setting suggestions and this new mask, my problems are gone. My husband was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. Nicole was really amazing, outgoing and answered all questions we and. Really appreciate the ladies there. great job! Thank you again.
My husband now has a sleep apnea machine after he completed an easy well explained ahead of time test. He was diagnosed with sleep apnea given a machine and all tools to clean and use it with great instructions. He sleeps now as parter I do not notice noise of machine. We also have great response time in regards to questions and also booking appointments once referral went through. Ladies are great with filling out and giving all needed for medical benefits.
Nicole was awesome. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Identified the issue I was having and quickly resolved it. It was my first experience at the Williams Lake office and I left very happy.
