Nicole was amazing and really took the time to take care of me with making sure I understood how to use my equipment and then with helping me go through the process of trying to see if I qualified to have it covered. Great company, highly recommend Nicole!

I recently went to IRS in Williams Lake to discuss the affects of dry skin and redness around my nostrils where my nose piece mask for CPAP fits. Nicole was incredible, reviewed my data, made suggestions and provided me an extensive look at other mask or nasal options. I purchased this new to the market nasal cradle type mask called "AirTouch - N30 i". This new nasal cradle mask is amazing. With Nicole's setting suggestions and this new mask, my problems are gone.
