False diagnosis made with a mental health history that never existed from 2006 when I never went to the doctor that year. Never had a mental health issue. I had high hopes when I first met Dr. Coughlin. Turned out though that she didn't really listen, she didn't do the job she was hired for and she actually endangered the child in question more than they were. Now that child is in a facility, not doing school work, and out of control. The person we had been trying to protect her from was who Coughlin chose to believe and give control too.
