Called all over Cheyenne, WY looking for a transformer. Not a signal place in Cheyenne was willing to sell me the part. All of them wanted to send a technician out. Called these guys in Scottsbluff,Ne told them what I needed he went and found a transformer that would work. Wife drove over they made sure she understood the connections that were configured differently sold her the part at a very reasonable price. Independent Plumbing you guys saved the day. Jeff was absolutely awesome. His knowledge and skill was very impressive. He had the problem with my furnace diagnosed within 10 minutes. He worked nonstop from the time he arrived. He was very well organized and prepared for the repair, not needing multiple trips out to his truck. I can't say enough good things about the people at Independent.

Needed a small water heater installed after discoveirng that my old one was leaking and close to giving up! Independent installed same day and threir tech was super nice.

We recently had an issue with our AC unit and contact Independent to come out and evaluate it for us. The repairman was on time (early in fact- he called to see if we were available); he spent 2.5 hours checking and cleaning our unit. He patiently explained to me everything he was doing; it was clear he took his job seriously. The repair was minor, and the cost was less than half of what I expected. I highly recommend them.
