I have always trusted Independent Plumbing. They are always on time and do great work. Want to specifically point out Jeff did a very thorough job and was very professional. I highly recommend this company!!!

Had AC/Heat unit replaced by them Left off outside trim pieces. Blocked the deck shed doors with the outside unit. Cut holes into dry wall for vent and cut them to big, so the vents can't be attached at the bottom. For how much it cost it should of been a professional job, not hacked together like it is.

Jeff was absolutely awesome. His knowledge and skill was very impressive. He had the problem with my furnace diagnosed within 10 minutes. He worked nonstop from the time he arrived. He was very well organized and prepared for the repair, not needing multiple trips out to his truck. I can't say enough good things about the people at Independent.

Received your bill. I had some questions about the "Service Work" and the "Service Invoice". I called on April 15th at 3:30 and spoke with Andy who was going to refer my questions to Deb. Didn't get a response. Since then, I have made the following phone calls-----April 16th at 3:30, no answer, left message. April 17th at 9:34, no answer, left message. Called again at 10:39 no answer , left message. Are you still in the plumbing business? Or is it that you are not interested in hearing any complaints?

We recently had an issue with our AC unit and contact Independent to come out and evaluate it for us. The repairman was on time (early in fact- he called to see if we were available); he spent 2.5 hours checking and cleaning our unit. He patiently explained to me everything he was doing; it was clear he took his job seriously. The repair was minor, and the cost was less than half of what I expected. I highly recommend them.
