Paul was knowledgeable about our system and had us in a good spot by the time he left.
I highly recommend Independent Plumbing! Upon moving into a new home, we discovered the water heater was well beyond end-of-life. On a recommendation, we hired Paul of Independent Plumbing to the replace the aged unit. Paul proved to be an expert technician and a friendly guy--he did a fantastic job!
I'm getting too old to be setting toilets. Had one with a minor leak at the base. Independent plumbing was recommended by Bill's plumbing supply, where I go when in need of parts for repairs, I am able to do. The service was excellent for a fair price, and I will keep their card handy should I need help in the future.
I've worked with Paul on a number of jobs, he always keeps the cost in mind and gives the client options. He is one of just a few plumbers that does small jobs and repairs, I always call Paul first. He specializes in radiant heating systems as well.
Paul Tucker got back to me quickly. He couldn't come out to fix my leak, but he took the time to help me isolate the source, and he referred me to another plumber who did a great job fixing it. Kudos for taking the time to help me when I really needed it.
