The service man was very polite and thorough in his treatment. He listened to me as to why we have a service contract and treated for our carpenter ants and other pest.
The person that was sent out was great. Took a great deal of time to do his looking around and explaining ever facet of what needed to be done. Very professional and likeable young man.
Tom is knowledgeable, professional, and a helluva nice guy. He came to our house to return two checks. Somehow, we’d overpaid. Obviously, Tom’s an honest businessman. When he stepped onto our driveway, he saw that it was a sheet of ice. He called me on the phone, met me at our garage and spread our IceMelt on the driveway so that we wouldn’t be hurt.
