SCAM!! Installed new springs and they make an awful noise. Call the guy Mike (one man company) and he says I'll be out next week to adjust the spring. Never heard from him again and he wont answer or return calls. been 5 week now. Call Quality Overhead Door of Toledo, they well take care of you.
