lets start by saying im not a mechanic, put new brakes and wheel cylinders on my 2004 honda rancher, could not get them to work. Took my quad there and said just make them work could be a bleeding problem,called me and said 3 out of 4 new wheel cylinders were leaking, never saw any brake fluid, and it would be a $100 bucks, couple you tube videos latter had it fixed, just needed adjusted dont have anything good to say about their "mechanics"
Awesome service, went in for a oil change and ray saw more problems with my bike. but got those problems done super quick and kept me riding safe
I had new tires and brake pads put on my bike. The staff was fantastic and able to get me in on short notice at a great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some quality work.
The customer service at independent is exellent I have been in there a few times to look at bikes and every time I have left they have been sure to keep me in the loop about bikes and even after I had bought a bike from a private salesman ray contacted me and let me know about there mechanical service they provide will definitely be returning for service or mabye even to trade up thanks Ray and Justin for your help

Had my bike for sale on craigslist and was contacted by the owner Ray. Ray and I discussed a fair price for my bike and agreed on the sale. A few hours later Brad showed up with his truck and finalized the deal. Excellent way to sell a bike. I know craigslist can be a scary place sometimes and I am always cautious about dealing with some of the people ads produce. I looked at over two thousand motorcycles online over a four day period. I found a '98 Harley Dyna Super Glide at Independent Motorsports of Columbus, Ohio. No could touch their low price. This my first motorcycle since I sold my '77 Honda 750 in June, 1980. Much thanks to owner Ray So and employee Justin; I couldn't be happier!
Justin wasn't just a salesperson, he really cared about passing on important knowledge about a major purchase and life altering decision. He was kind and patient and again, very knowledgeable. He made the process very smooth and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future!
