Hector is a great mechanic. He is honest and fair. As a woman rider I never worry about being ripped off. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
Hector performed all work very well and went above and beyond in finding all issues with my bike instead of just doing the bare minimum to get me out the door. Also they were very respectful at all times and didnt overcharge for any work performed.
What should have been a simple tire replacement tested Hectors patients and he won! lol It was all the rim's fault. The last tire change it the guy gave up and put a tube in it. Hector got it to seal pulling out all the stops. I will go to Independent 1st from now on... A+++++++
Excellent work, great guy to work with and very reasonably priced.
Hector got me a great price on a tire for my bike. Then, he fit me in and mounted it for me while I waited. As he was working, we talked and I got to know him. I like the way he made a business transaction personal. He is also close by, which is a big plus for me. Thanks Hector!
