Lived here 3 years! Full of mold, roaches and termites! Grass isn't mowed and trash everywhere. Guns being shot and Full of gang members!! Management is very rude and ugly! They walk into people's houses without permission and scream/yell at you when they don't like being talked about on fb! They gossip about residents to other residents. They are seldom in the office and will withhold the Hud light check if they choose too for no reason. This place is gross. I came to help a friend and her apartment along with many others have no AC what so ever. The apartment has mold in it. The bathroom is horrible. The bathroom sink doesn't work. The bathroom tub is going to go through the ceiling and land on the downstairs neighbors. I can't even put to words how bad it is. And that's just the bathroom. They refuse to have their tenants AC fixed in the middle of a heat wave. Absolute garbage management
Called for information and was answered by a rude woman. Who seemed more worried about getting off the phone and finishing her conversation than with helping a family with 5 small babies get into a home
