Love the nurse practitioner mom sees, but no one ever answers the phone! It’s horrible, it does not matter what extension you hit either, you will get put on hold with long music only to be sent to someone’s voicemail. I work in the medical field and that is unacceptable because it’s not just one day it’s everytime.
Great doctor and staff
Too many issues with the office and paperwork needed for tests. Poor communication and disorganization, leaving the patient to ultimately oversee that faxes get sent when they don't get sent, and misinformation placed on patient records which is sent to other doctors' offices. The doctors are knowledgeable and helpful.
