I have never taken the time to post any negative comments because I believe in working with a business to make them better and not publicly post. This is the absolute worst costumer service I have ever received in my life. I had them reorder an item previously purchased in store from them. They ordered they wrong item. They would not return any phone calls. I left the item with them and they never credited or returned any of my calls or emails.
The hours of operation are 8am-4pm. However they are not open during the hours. You have to catch them when you can. No answer to phone or door during hours of operations. Extremely unprofessional, with no apology or explanation.
Excellent store! Very helpful! I recommend this store to all my clients and their families!
