Went in to get some toilet aids for dad who had knee surgery. Sales assistant in store was extremely helpful, patient and pleasant.
Main phone lines disgusting waited 2 hours 3 rd in the queue still didnt get thru. They sent out the wrong part still waiting two weeks later for tge right one. Very badly run and too disorganised.
Wife and I came in always great service prior this time young woman told her what I wanted for disabled wife she sat down put headphones on and ignored us no one else there took upset wife home went back hoping another there to buy items again she would not look up or even speak not only loss of customer but loss of monetary purchase wife disabilities from brain tumour young woman should not work at ils where empathy should be priority wife does not now have what we needed to make her life little easier
