A huge thank you to Una from the Royal North Shore ILS store. Una went above and beyond to help us quickly get a medical oxygen concentrator for our little French Bulldog Zara. (who had recently been diagnosed with Lung Cancer) This meant we could give her some special time with us at home in familiar surroundings which she (and we) cherished. If I could award 6 stars here, I would - highly recommended 🧡 Thank you Una - you made us one happy family🙏
Hopeless..charged twice for same item..called to enquire..received recording saying this mailbox is full..no other alternative..what horrible business practice! Now I have to go to credit card co. to dispute charges
