Staff at Penrith ILS were so helpful and easy to deal with. It’s s in stick and invoice prepared within the hour and pick up same day after authorised Had been dealing with Aidacare before this and would never deal with this company again

I was very pleased with the service and quality of the walker I have just picked up from this place. The girl was very helpful and really knew her product!
Very helpful when selling but not so understanding when the product turns out to be unsatisfactory. Wouldn’t even get up and come out to my car to look at what I was talking about. Very disappointed.
Front of house staff are awesome, just a shame there is nil coordination when it comes to collect the hired item……..
