Staff are friendly and helpful every time I come in , I leave happy every time.
I went in today 24/10/25 with my wife to look at renting a mobility scooter for myself. We started looking at the display scooters. After not receiving any service for at least 10 minutes, my wife went to the reception counter to ask for some information/assistance. The woman couldn't be bothered getting up out of her chair. She just told my wife how the rental process works. She showed no interest in asking what our requirements where, or showing what was available. Service was rubbish.
Needed to get mum a Wheelchair, staff were so lovely, very helpful would recommend to family and friends thanks Christina and Michelle we will be back
Brought my wife in to look at a walking frame Michelle was so helpful and supportive thanks again
Needed equipment urgently for a hospital discharge. Michelle was extremely helpful and accommodating - sourcing the items, preparing them urgently for pick up, and efficient communication throughout the process. Extremely helpful in a time of high stress. Thanks so much for your assistance!!
