I was very pleased with the service and quality of the walker I have just picked up from this place. The girl was very helpful and really knew her product!
Very helpful when selling but not so understanding when the product turns out to be unsatisfactory. Wouldn’t even get up and come out to my car to look at what I was talking about. Very disappointed.
Front of house staff are awesome, just a shame there is nil coordination when it comes to collect the hired item……..
Service department totally sucks, 8 months waiting for mobility scooter to be fixed. Member of parliament being contacted. Ils store is great.
Have Hired from here 3 years ago, Excellent Service then, And Have just opened another hire order, The woman over the phone was very Helpful. Came in today and shes sorted me out. Very Helpful and very knowledgeable.
