Poor product knowledge. Item what I wanted was out of stock. Couldn't say when item was restocked. Referred me to other companies, including retailers that do not stock mobility equipment. Don't waster your time visiting this shop.

ILS a big BA HUMBUG I took a wheel into this shop in Penrith to get an inner tube replaced. That is a month ago and am still waiting so I went to the store because I couldn’t get any sense out of them over the phone. Now I’m told they don’t have a service center in the store. I should have been told this a month ago, I have other health issues and am relying on the scooter to go shopping. I'm writing this on behalf of senior citizen who is unable to write a review. He purchased a Hero mobility walker from ILS which proved to be dangerous and completely not up to the job. The brakes were flimsy and caused him to lose control and fall to the ground. Due to safety concerns and after only a handful of uses my wife decided to return the walker on his behalf and her complaints were minimised and trivialised by the staff.
