Arranged to have my client come here as they’re open on Saturday. Google says they’re open, their website says they’re open. Well you know what? They’re not. No updates nothing. If I hadn’t been here before and know their staff are good and caring, I would’ve given a one star. Maybe be a little bit more responsible to your customers and the OTs who recommend your products?
Purchased i-care pillow and later discovered everything is approx $70-100 more than their competitors. They are taking advantage of being next to the hospital with patients in need.
We very disappointed is taken 1month to have repair my husband chair which he need. Badly they told us ,they coming to fix on the 27/12 and we called and they are not working why they told us if they knew it wasn’t to happen ,still waiting very bad service
Poor customer service especially online enquiry, Refund, Service, exchange.
