They literally do not have your back. Called after hours on Friday evening and was reassured that urgent help would be organised. Fast-forward to late Monday afternoon: absolutely nothing done. When I followed up, I was told payment must be made before they could take any action. Apparently urgency only begins once the invoice clears. Despite clearly explaining that my client has a spinal cord injury and is sleeping on a hard surface, the response was that they “don’t have a driver.” When I offered to arrange pickup myself, ... read more

Have not had good experiences both times using the Kogarah store. Not all information is relayed by staff resulting in problems down the track, whenbtrying to refund. Be very mindful, that Physios' and Occupational Therapists do NOT recommend quite a few products, and returns will not happen. The only positive was the delivery guy, who was wonderful. The 2 stars are for him. Please go elsewhere, and save time ( most probably money), and frustration. Sorry, but cannot recommend.

We had an issue with a raised toilet seat. They over charged and didn't even honour product warranty, and take an eternity to reply or don't reply. Use them at your own perils.
