Tried to get a replacement charger. Got quoted $730.00. Found the same online for $99.00. Stay away from here.
Update as of 26th Feb 2025. My below review at the time was correct. Last year I was contacted by the new manager Rowan. After a long chat regarding my and my mum’s experience, I was impressed with Rowan and his concern regarding the situation. Something no one bothered to do before. We were looking for a wheelie walker. Anna described the options and benefits of each. She was also very helpful in instructing on the correct way to use a walker for long term benefit. We are very happy with the purchase and for the delightful staff and assistance.
Without doubt, the BIGGEST RIP OFF on the whole Sunshine Coast. You should be ashamed of yourselves. #NEVER AGAIN
