Unfortunately my calls went unanswered and messages I left were not actioned with returned calls. My daughter then tried and got through. However, after taking her order and credit card details, no one called to advise that the ordered item was not available. Now we have wasted days and have no result for an urgent need. We don't recommend this business.
We were served by a wonderful helpful young man on Wednesday 26th August at 4pm. Sorry I have forgotten his name . He was patient,kind, efficient and offered discount without being prompted. He said he had been there for about a year. Definately a good person to keep for your store.
The customer service at this showroom has been extremely disappointing. It’s been five weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it. Whenever I ask whether the item is in stock, I was told that they will investigate, but I never hear back. Staff also don’t respond to emails, so I have to follow up by phone every time. When I mentioned my order number, I was told, “Oh, you’re the one who sent the email a few days ago.” If you received my email, surely the courtesy would be to reply. Would like to Thank ILS for their fantastic service. They supplied my elderly mother with a beautiful burgundy walker. Fantastic quality. Delivery service was great .Thanks Tanya - Service with a smile. Mum is very happy. Recommend ILS bayswater. 5 stars
The Bayswater location is always the first place I go for equipment, hire and repairs for my Mother's needs Liz? is always super helpful. If she's not available, most of the other staff are good too. I've edited my review, as I mistakenly thought due to email communications that I had been dealing with Anna, but I just learnt that the lady I had been speaking with was actually named Liz? I can't remember if that was her name.
