Would like to Thank ILS for their fantastic service. They supplied my elderly mother with a beautiful burgundy walker. Fantastic quality. Delivery service was great .Thanks Tanya - Service with a smile. Mum is very happy. Recommend ILS bayswater. 5 stars
The Bayswater location is always the first place I go for equipment, hire and repairs for my Mother's needs Liz? is always super helpful. If she's not available, most of the other staff are good too. I've edited my review, as I mistakenly thought due to email communications that I had been dealing with Anna, but I just learnt that the lady I had been speaking with was actually named Liz? I can't remember if that was her name.
DO NOT deal with this company, they held onto my money for weeks and would not refund it even though they agreed to do so because the walker was not suitable. They uses every tactic they could!!! BEWARE

I had a wonderful experience with ILS (Bayswater). I regret that I am very bad at remembering names and cannot add any - except for Rowena who gracefully dealt with me missing an invoice number on a test payment! My experience with ILS was good from start to finish. They were able arrange a demonstration of different wheelchairs at my OTs location. That was very helpful. Wheelchairs are unfamiliar to me, so it was good to have a Team of 2 experts in the one place. I sent a 'test payment' before the main transfer, just to be ... read more
