I originally went through ILS, Hoppers Crossing and it was Hell from start to finish with two exceptions, installer Seb and OT Triallist Sheridan. Crappy product, took forever to process and have already required Maintenance. A technician from Bayswater came out, I forgot his name 🫣 and everything got done and am now receiving the proper equipment and feel better about being ripped off. Let's hope it happens!!!

Very helpful finding a suitable bed for my 95 year old mother in law. They spent time showing her what was available taking into consideration her hearing impairment and poor mobility. The delivery was seamless. The bed is very comfortable and suitable for her needs. Thanks again Irene, Alex and Caitlin for your kindness and patience.
We often are quick to critise, but the gentleman at ILS who greeted us as we walked in, took ownership of my client’s query from 'Start to Finish.' Not only did he resolve the matter for my client but he was able to price match and organise a very prompt delivery, much to my client’s satisfaction.
I would like to commend Tanya as an efficient and proficient employee of ILS Bayswater. Her patientce, understanding and quick response to my requesst, allowed me the opportunity to receive a visit from your technician Alex. Alex very quickly sorted out the queries I had relating to my scooter. I also commend Alex for his courtesy and respect. An excellent experience of assistance from both Tanya and Alex. Thoroughly recommened.
