Edit: the manager/owner? called me and apologised profusely and was holding the staff accountable for the process not being communicated properly. I appreciate this immensely unfortunately it doesn’t take away the time lost. But the extra steps taken to apologise and remediate the situation are appreciated. Told me to stay home all day waiting for wheelchair delivery. Surgery is tomorrow. I called and called. Now 6pm no wheelchair. Couldn’t give me updates. Following a frustrating experience with a recurring payment issue, which I shared in a previous review, I returned to ILS Bankstown this morning. I’m happy to say that Chantell provided exceptional service and resolved the issue that had been ongoing since March. Her professional and proactive approach made all the difference. Thanks to Chantell’s efforts, my concerns were addressed, and I’m confident in continuing to shop at ILS Bankstown as long as she’s there. A big thank you to her for turning things around!

This is my second purchase with ILS Bankstown, and unfortunately, it's been another frustrating experience. The ongoing payment issue made this second purchase unnecessarily challenging. The store staff have been unhelpful and unresponsive to my emails, and I had to personally contact their Accounts Receivable department to address the recurring issue. I haven’t heard back from them yet, but at this point, I don't think I’ll be making a third purchase. Enough is enough.
