very bad service waiting for battery more than a month and no one contact me for my Mobility scooter they are very bad company ILS poor service doesn't respond so I don't recommend this company service ILS waiting faili i can't access to community because company ILS
They never answer the phone and never return the call back
Had a great experience at this store. One of the staff, Cez, was patient and polite while assisting us with a frame walker and walking stick. She explained everything clearly without rushing us, especially while assisting my elderly aunt, who needed extra time. The service made the whole process easy and comfortable.
Lovely to deal with going back to get other products very helpful and polite
Edit: the manager/owner? called me and apologised profusely and was holding the staff accountable for the process not being communicated properly. I appreciate this immensely unfortunately it doesn’t take away the time lost. But the extra steps taken to apologise and remediate the situation are appreciated. Told me to stay home all day waiting for wheelchair delivery. Surgery is tomorrow. I called and called. Now 6pm no wheelchair. Couldn’t give me updates.
