I had an extremely shocking experience with ILS. My 90 year old mother’s walker that was purchased from them broke a brake cable. I took the brake cable in there and was told no worries we can get one down from our Sydney branch. Over the next 13 business days (17 actual days) I rang them 4 times following it up, not once did I get a call from them.
