I road tested a Quickie Q50R Carbon Fibre Power Chair . I was very impressed and excited that I finally will have ease transportation both from my car and when I travel. I was equally impressed by Donna Who was so knowledgeable and had ESP as she anticipated what my needs were and what I was about to ask? I went from feeling anxious to having a big smile on leaving ILS. Excellent experience!
The team at ILS is amazing. A special note of appreciation to Donna for her compassion and assistance. We rented a walker and a wheelchair for my Dad while he was visiting for a week and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for everything guys, you're the best.
Very friendly and helpful young lady served us who is usually at the Geelong store. Was so helpful, knew the various models and specifications we were looking at. Had the service man do a tiny fix on Mum’s old Walker while we waited at no charge. Would highly recommend.
Confirmed the opening hrs till 5 o clock over phone call and they have already closed at 4 o clock when I’d reached there.. what an ample waste of my valuable time. such an unprofessionals.
The people at ILS Hoppers Crossing are very helpful,understanding and make you feel like they are helping one of their own family members. Nothing was too much trouble.My dad was looking for a new recliner he could get out of more easily and they tried patiently with nearly every recliner until he found the one.
