I sent 4 emails to ILS Hoppers Crossing to follow up on a recent purchase requesting for an invoice and for my referral code to be applied. It seems that no one bothered to reply my emails and the management needs to review the quality of their customer service. It is shocking that staff are so anti-customer service or there is no customer service in the first place. I had an extremely shocking experience with ILS. My 90 year old mother’s walker that was purchased from them broke a brake cable. I took the brake cable in there and was told no worries we can get one down from our Sydney branch. Over the next 13 business days (17 actual days) I rang them 4 times following it up, not once did I get a call from them.
