Appalling behaviour by one of your staff who ROAD RAGED against a lovely lady. How dare you employ people like that. We saw it all happen. Your van ran a stop sign and fortunately the lady slammed on the brakes. Then came the road rage by your employee even though they were at fault!! One of my colleagues recorded the confrontation and encouraged the poor lady to contact head office. I hope she did. Your employee should be sacked. I took a photo of the number plate (attached).

My 3rd visit there, and the saying "3rd time proves it" seems quite apt. I can't imagine how they could improve upon the quality of products and their welcome advice. Sure, some of their stuff is also available on-line; but you can't beat 1st hand views, demonstrations and genuine advice. I got the impression they weren't sales staff; they were there to help me. 😃 I'm yet to be convinced that the Internet feels the same. A mobility scooter was ordered and paid for months ago. When asked when will the scooter be delivered, No one took ownership of the problem. I was asked to contact someone who might have some details. Customer service level was well below acceptable standard.

We needed a wheelie walker at short notice on Thursday before Good Friday. ILS Cooparoo had wheelie walkers available in store and I was able to buy it over the phone right away and arrange a taxi to collect and deliver it to the aged care home in time for my Mums admission. Super helpful and speedy service on a stressful day. Thankyou ILS Cooparoo!!
