A mobility scooter was ordered and paid for months ago. When asked when will the scooter be delivered, No one took ownership of the problem. I was asked to contact someone who might have some details. Customer service level was well below acceptable standard.

We needed a wheelie walker at short notice on Thursday before Good Friday. ILS Cooparoo had wheelie walkers available in store and I was able to buy it over the phone right away and arrange a taxi to collect and deliver it to the aged care home in time for my Mums admission. Super helpful and speedy service on a stressful day. Thankyou ILS Cooparoo!!

We needed a to hire a mobility walker at the last minute and had no luck around Brisbane until I came across the sweetest young lady Ellie at ILS Coorparoo, not only did she help us with the walker at a great price she also came into South Brisbane and dropped it off on her way home, we cannot thank her enough, she was fantastic to deal with thru the complete process, Ellie I hope your bosses know how lucky they are to have you and I hope to see you when we return the walker on the 31st. I can't remember the name of the lovely staff member who assisted me today. I needed to purchase some support equipment for after my surgery. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The amazing staff member carried my purchase all the way to my car due to me using a walking stick. I can't thank you enough, amazing service.
