As a disability support worker i am appalled the lack of customer care for my client. He spent the night trying to sleep in his wheelchair because the temporary bed he was delivered was faulty.. the delivery man said it will inflate within 20 mins and left without setting up and checking. The company has let him down a few times and always promise to get back to him but not following through. Imagine your bed has a fault and it beeps all night ... do better! ... these beds cost $6k

Cant tell you where you delivery is or when its arriving Dont deal with the supposed 'Specialists' Phone service is useless, you simply get msg bank and when you finally get an answer there is no sokution. They have my money and I have nothing in return. .Very Poor Business
So refreshing in this day & age to deal with a company that 'cares' about it's clients. Jo & her staff where very helpful with choosing my scooter &. Charlie delivered it this morning, fully assembled, charged & also fitted the bag on the back...... can't wait to go out & about. Many thanks to you all!
