So refreshing in this day & age to deal with a company that 'cares' about it's clients. Jo & her staff where very helpful with choosing my scooter &. Charlie delivered it this morning, fully assembled, charged & also fitted the bag on the back...... can't wait to go out & about. Many thanks to you all!
Incredible service going above and beyond for patient returning from overseas injured. Within basically 24 hours equipment found and hired even adding and extra item last minute and delivering before a long weekend. Hi, I would just like to let u know how much of a help your staff were to me with helping m e to decide on the best wheelchair, bed and lounge lift chair.....Al staff were so helpful and courteous.. My I also add that Jo ( the person who helped me from start to the very finish) os the most loving respectful person I have delt with after my leg amputation 6 mths ago, what a wonderful asset she is too your company.
