As a disability support worker i am appalled the lack of customer care for my client. He spent the night trying to sleep in his wheelchair because the temporary bed he was delivered was faulty.. the delivery man said it will inflate within 20 mins and left without setting up and checking. The company has let him down a few times and always promise to get back to him but not following through. Imagine your bed has a fault and it beeps all night ... do better! ... these beds cost $6k
