Absolutely abismal! Imagine writing file notes on customers then sending them??? How inappropriate

After sales service is disgusting. My husband has MND and his brand new 3 month old electric wheelchair stopped working. It was extremely hard to contact someone in service. You mostly got an answering machine, left a message, and no one called you back. The sales lady who sold us the chair would not return our calls. It was only after I tracked down the importer of the chair and contacted them that I got a result. It took 7 weeks to get the chair back. I would never purchase anything from them that may need servicing.

A great range of products, very competitive pricing. Outstanding customer service. I will be in need of more items going forward and will not be buying anywhere else. Highly recommend.

As a disability support worker i am appalled the lack of customer care for my client. He spent the night trying to sleep in his wheelchair because the temporary bed he was delivered was faulty.. the delivery man said it will inflate within 20 mins and left without setting up and checking. The company has let him down a few times and always promise to get back to him but not following through. Imagine your bed has a fault and it beeps all night ... do better! ... these beds cost $6k
